Who we are

This website is operated by Ickle Hub, a sole proprietorship based in New York, United States. If you have any question about this policy, or about information you have sent us, you can reach us at contact@icklehub.com.

Information we do not collect

Apart from the booking calendar described below, this website is a set of static pages. It does not include any of the following, so none of the information they would normally gather is collected:

• No contact forms or sign-up forms of our own
• No user accounts, logins, or customer portal
• No cookies set by us
• No browser storage used by us (no local storage, session storage, or similar)
• No analytics or measurement service
• No advertising pixels, conversion trackers, or remarketing tags
• No payment processing
• No chat widget or session-recording tool

The booking calendar

Our Book a Call section contains a scheduling calendar that is embedded from GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), a third-party customer relationship and scheduling platform. The calendar is loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com and runs inside a frame on our page.

If you book a call, the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and any answers to the questions shown — are submitted directly to that platform, where we access them in order to prepare for and attend the call and to follow up with you about it. We use those details to speak with you about your shop and about working with Ickle Hub. We do not sell them.

Because the calendar is a third-party embed, it may set its own cookies or use browser storage under its own domain, and it will receive technical information from your browser such as your IP address. That processing is carried out by the platform under its own privacy policy, which you can read at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

If you would rather not use the booking calendar, you can simply email us instead at contact@icklehub.com.

If you email us

The Contact section of this website links to our email address. If you choose to email us, your message is sent from your own email account, using your own email provider.

When you email us we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever else you choose to put in your message. We use that information only to read and reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes.

We may retain correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, to maintain appropriate business records, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information, payment card details, or passwords by email.

Fonts loaded from Google

This website uses the Inter and Inter Tight typefaces, which are loaded from Google Fonts rather than from our own server. This means that when your browser loads a page, it makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com to download the font files.

As part of that request, your browser sends Google technical information including your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, and the page that requested the font. This happens directly between your browser and Google. We do not receive this information, and we do not use it.

Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Hosting

This website is published as static files through a third-party hosting provider. Web hosting providers generally record standard technical information in server logs — such as IP addresses, browser type, and the time and page of each request — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes. That logging is carried out by the hosting provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

This website may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit through a link from here.

Children

This website is aimed at automotive business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices and your rights

Because this website does not collect personal information from visitors, there is normally nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete about your visit.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information you have given us — for example, the right to ask what we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
